Open Space Technology

Organizations today need to find solutions to complex problems in a very short period of time.   • Practical and simple frameworks and processes to prepare the organization for an Open Space Technology meeting to ensure that the meeting has the right theme, with the right constraints ("givens"), for the right length of time to ensure the organization is positioned for a highly successful meeting.
  • A practical and simple means for a short meeting with the sponsor following the Open Space Technology meeting to ensure that the organization is able to reap maximum benefit from the meeting.
