Path to Organizational Health & Balance

Foundations 1 of the Genuine Contact™ Program

This practical, highly interactive half-day workshop provides an introduction to a holistic approach to assessing organizational health and balance and to developing customized strategies to achieve optimum health based on the Genuine Contact™ Program.

You will learn the importance of balance, cleansing, and nourishing in a way similar to the holistic approach to the health of the human body of balancing, cleansing, and nourishing. Every organism, including every organization, has within it the blueprint for its own health. There is a path, through cleansing, balancing and nourishing, to find it. You will learn about the importance of attending to the terrain of your organization and of restoring it so that your organization can thrive in these rapidly changing times.

Your learning from this experiential, interactive workshop will assist you in exploring the state of health of your organization from a holistic organizational growth perspective and in developing your own perspective to achieving and maintaining a healthy organization in these rapidly changing times.

You will leave the workshop equipped with:

• Key questions for looking at your own organization from a practical holistic framework.
• Knowledge of how to increase the capacity of your organization to work with these rapidly changing times to positively impact your bottom line, the effectiveness of training programs, the effectiveness of customer service and quality assurance, health and well being of your employees, and a reduction of stress related costs.
• An understanding of the importance of relationships, that are based on genuine contact, to achieve results beyond your expectation.
