The Genuine Contact Program workshops are a powerful leader and leadership development tool. Participants will learn how to:

• Create and sustain a positive life nurturing working environment, which invites high creativity and performance from all staff.
• Evaluate their own leader qualities to identify areas that need attention and create a plan for developing improved leadership abilities.
• Develop the Genuine Contact Organization – an organization that operates within liberating structure and participative architecture that creates the space for staff to be responsible, highly creative and innovative, solution focused and productive.
